Luke23:31 For if they doe these things to a greene tree, what shalbe done to the drie?
Isaiah11:1 But there shall come a rodde foorth of the stocke of Ishai, and a grasse shall growe out of his rootes.

“Barley bread holds a significant place in the biblical narrative, often symbolizing humility, sustenance, and God’s provision. Barley, a grain more affordable and less esteemed than wheat, was commonly used by the poorer classes in ancient Israel. Its presence in Scripture highlights themes of simplicity and divine care.Barley bread in the Bible is more than just a dietary staple; it is a profound symbol of God’s provision, humility, and the inclusive nature of His kingdom. Through its presence in both the Old and New Testaments, barley bread serves as a reminder of the sufficiency and abundance found in God’s care and the spiritual nourishment provided through faith in Jesus Christ.Barley is first mentioned in the context of the agricultural cycle in ancient Israel.
In Exodus 9:31, during the plagues of Egypt, it is noted, “Now the flax and barley were destroyed, since the barley was in the ear and the flax was in bloom.”
“This indicates the time of year and the importance of barley as a staple crop.
“Barley is the grain that is given or waved before God the first day after the weekly Sabbath of the Feast of Firstfruit. Now the coolest thing ever! Lol Jesus is the Bread of life coming down from Heaven.
John6:35 And Iesus saide vnto them, I am that bread of life: he that commeth to me, shall not hunger, and he that beleeueth in me, shall neuer thirst.
And 6:48 I am that bread of life. 6:49 Your fathers did eate Manna in the wildernesse, and are dead. 6:50 This is that breade, which commeth downe from heauen, that hee which eateth of it, shoulde not die. 6:51 I am that liuing breade, which came downe from heauen: if any man eate of this breade, hee shall liue for euer: and the bread that I will giue, is my flesh, which I will giue for the life of the world.
Do you know the different colors that barley comes in???I am so excited right now! White, Red, Blue, Purple. Yup!! The exact same colors of veil!!
Exodus36:35 Moreouer he made a vaile of blew silke, and purple, and of skarlet, and of fine twined linen: with Cherubims of broydred worke made he it:
Ya’ll may not be blown away but this but I am!! Not only do those colors belong to God who created them, BUT, He told them to use them for the Tabernacle veil which represents Jesus’ flesh,
BUT
also the garment of the High Priest which Jesus IS OUR HIGH PRIEST, Exodus 28:4 Nowe these shall be the garments, which they shall make, a brest plate, and an Ephod, and a robe, and a broydred coate, a miter, and a girdle. so these holy garments shall they make for Aaron thy brother, and for his sonnes, that he may serue me in the Priests office. 28:5 Therefore they shall take golde, and blew silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linnen, BUT,
those colors (except the green that represents being alive) are also different kinds of BARLEY!!!

JESUS IS THE BREAD OF LIFE!
“Throughout the Bible, there are many references to the Tree of Life, or the Green Tree. “When the tree is green” represents a time of life, favor, righteousness, presence of God, protection, refuge, and shelter. For the believer, this is to be found only in Christ.”
This a post I had posted a couple of days ago, now combined with this 😮 is all i can say lol
Now let’s talk about the nefarious colors of red, white, purple and blue or are they nefarious or points to Jesus’s flesh being the veil that was rent for us to be able to boldly go before the Throne of God through Him?
Matthew
27:28 And they stripped him, and put about him a skarlet robe,
John 19:2
19:2 And the souldiers platted a crowne of thornes, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple garment,
Luke
23:11 And Herod with his men of warre, despised him, and mocked him, and arayed him in white, and sent him againe to Pilate.
Where is the blue?
This is speculation on my part after researching this years ago, the mother of a Jewish man would make a robe seamless for her son upon Him leaving home the color most of the time was blue. Is it possible the robe/tunic they rolls lots for was blue? Possibly. Also, Jesus is our High Priest that is also the color of the High Priest tunic which was seamless as well.
Jesus fulfilling all the law continued up to His death, so may be it just me but when I hear those colors I think of the Veil in the Tabernacle then I think of Jesus’ robes put on Him to mock Him.
The enemy has hijacked everything that represents Jesus Christ and His creation. Myself I believe he has done so not only to cause confusion but when believers read or see these things they immediately think evil and not of Christ Jesus Who is God in the flesh Creator of all things. From the rainbow to the Cross to the burial cloth it is insane deception and it is working especially when it causes such anger and discord.
