I am going to ask a couple of questions but I do not want your response. I just want you to answer these according to the Holy Scriptures.
Between God and yourself.
I am no ones judge, I did not write the scriptures, I am only a messenger, God wrote the message.
Hypothetically, there are three couples, all three have children and all were married legally according to the law of the land.

None are saved from their sins before marriages.
One couple is two ladies, another couple two men, the third couple is now in their second, or third, possibly fourth marriage, but, their first covenant spouse from their youth is still alive.
At least one from each pair is born again, with one couple both are. Are any of these 3 to be divorced now, forsaking their sin? Or are they now able to live in their marriage even though it was and is a sin because they were forgiven for said sin?
Do not forget, all 3 couples have children, all 3 couples have at least one partner that believes in the LORD Jesus Christ now, all the couples married while in their sins. All three were legally married according to the law of the land.
Search the scriptures for in them you think you have eternal life. What does Apostle Paul say, but as Paul stated not him but God said…
