Long Five Days But Worth It!

Homemade Tamales I made for dinner and to give to the children and grandchildren

Homemade breads I made for the children and grandchildren

Delicious Leavine cookies I baked for the children and grandchildren

Rosemary and Italian crackers I made

Gummy bears I made the grandchildren

Candy bars, Graham crackers I made for the children and grandchildren

The last 4-5 have been cooking and baking! Today I asked my son if he would be interested in starting a bakery/restaurant with me, he said YES! He will do all the paper work, grants, and find the best location and momma will cook πŸ˜† So if this be God’s will it will happen! To God be all the glory!

In the 5 days this is what I made for my family and Richard’s

  1. Graham crackers
  2. Rosemary Italian crackers
  3. Flaxseed crackers
  4. cherry and strawberry gummy bears
  5. butterfingers
  6. twix
  7. chocolate peanut butter chewy Granola bars
  8. Caramel rice crispy treats
  9. bagels
  10. pretzel bites
  11. Leavine cookies
  12. Corn tortillas
  13. 4 loaves of artisan white bread
  14. tamales

What I discovered is, it was hard work but it can be done indeed. And by God’s grace, and mercy I am able to stand on my feet for long periods of time. The only downfall I believe I have a heat rash on the back of my neck and shoulders. We do not have central air and have a portable air unit but again I survived by God’s mercy! To God be all the glory!
