Ugh! Sometimes I think I am such a screwup!! I get so passionate about the Word of God and how the Government and their false science discredits it that I fear my tone may deter those I am talking too.
What I mean is, I showed Richard that video at dinner about the moon landing and how it was proved to be a lie. But he brings things up such as the “dark” side of the moon. I said there is no dark side of the moon, God said He created two lights the greater to rule the day, the sun, and the lesser to rule the night, the moon. There is no dark side to the sun is there I asked, he said no. Then I asked so why would think there was a dark side to the moon? He tries to explain “let’s say there is a big ball and something blocks the sun light from shining the opposite side”. I said, what on earth is large enough to block out the light? Then I said, the moon is not getting its light from the sun, it is its own light that is what the Bible says. I continued to say the moon is not a solid ball, you can’t walk on it, it is like plasma, gasses and no one has ever gone to the moon. He tried to tell me how the earth moves as well as the sun and moon. I told him the earth never moves according to the Bible.
Then I stood up and pointed to the light bulb, I said I see light on my side, is it dark on your side? He said no, I said why?, because it is a light and light shines all around exactly as the moon does!
Then I told him, actually I pleaded with him to read the the Bible starting in Genesis. I told him my desire is for you to know the Truth, so you search that Bible and prove me wrong! I continued to tell him Satan’s main agenda from the beginning was to make us doubt the Word of God as he did Eve in Genesis 3. Satan was basically feeling the ground to see if he could cause her to doubt, and when she exaggerated, by added on to God’s Word, “or touch it” Satan knew she could be influenced to doubt God’s Word. So, he said, “Yea hath God said?” Then when she added “or touch it”, he proceeded to decieve her making her doubt the Words of God. So he continued to say, “Ye shall
not surely die, but God knows the day you eat it you will be as God knowing both good and evil”. Which those words made her look at the fruit now with a different perspective and she ate it.
I told him if so called science is true that there is a dark side to the moon, God says it is a lesser light, and the earth is moving, when God says the earth moves not etc then God is a liar. And I know God is not a liar and unless I believe as a little child I will in no wise enter. That God has proven to me numerous times He is real and He is Truth. So, he says I am not saying God is a liar, but…i interrupted him and said, if you believe what they are saying but the Word of God says the opposite then you say God is a liar.
He stopped talking…I don’t know if I was to overbearing I do not want to be and I don’t want to be rude. So I said to him again, “please read the Bible see what it says I don’t want you to be deceived by their lies because greater deception is coming our way.”
I just want to be a meek and soft spoken woman I don’t want to be over bearing and rude. But I do not want him believing lies. And I said as far as the shape of the earth I have no clue, but ask yourself this…when a plane flies over Antarctica is the plane flying upside down, in order to have the earth under them and the sky above them? Because if it is flying the right way the earth would be above them and the sky below them…ask the hard questions because they are logical. So is the earth 🌎 really round? I don’t know, but I do know it has 4 corners and that’s all I know lol
