These are a few scriptures and there are many more showing us that we, the Body of Christ is the very Temple of God. Jesus explicitly said, “destroy thys temple & in thre dayes. I wyll reare it vp again.” And He did exactly that, the day He was resurrected is the very day the Temple on earth began as well.
When we are born again, who was dead in trespasses and sin, we are resurrected unto life IN CHRIST JESUS, making us, the Body of Christ (which was resurrected on the third day) which is also the Temple of God, not made with hands but whose Builder and Maker is God.
What most people, and I used to be one, forget the Old Covenant was natural (physicsl material blessings, a manmade Temple, animal sacrifices etc) and within the natural was concealed the spiritual.
The New Covenant is spiritual which reveals the deeper understanding of the Old Covenant. (Spritual blessings, spiritual gifts of the Holy Spirit, Spiritual body/Temple where the Spirit of God dwells, Jesus Christ the Lamb of God slain/sacificed before the foundation of the world)
This is why the Book of Revelation John penned was written in symbolic language and only those who were born again and knew the Holy Sctiotures would have been able to understand what Jesus was revealing to John about Himself. Because it is the Revelation of Jesus Christ and in the volume of the book it is written of Him.

Acts 7:47 But Solomon buylt hym an house.7:48 Howe be it he that is hyest of all, dwelleth not in temples made with handes, as sayth the prophet:7:49 Heauen is my seate, and earth is my fotestole, what house wil ye builde for me sayed the Lorde? or what place is that I should reste in?7:50 hath not my hande made all these thinges.
Will another Temple be built in Jerusalem? I believe it is probable, but it is not prophetic and it is not God’s Temple…
Jerusalem in Israel is no longer called God’s holy City which was natural, but the New Jerusalem coming down from Heaven where the Temple of God (Body of Christ) shall dwell is Spiritual.
Never forget, Jesus told the woman at the well, the day would come thst no longer will they worship in that mountain or go to Jerusalem but will worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. I pray all will take this before the LORD and open your Bibles and search the Word of God for yourself and ask God to give you understanding and wisdom because only He will give you Truth man has an earthly motive God does not.
