⚠️ There is an irony when it comes to the demonic realm ~
This sinful world revels in the occult but ignores the Bible’s warnings about serving the dark side
(*condoning or participating is serving.. make no mistake about it)
Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
(1 Peter 5:8)
⚠️ As Christians, we know that we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, spiritual wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12-20)
⚠️ When the world has it’s own diagnosis of a man hearing multiple voices telling him to murder, we know better.
When we read daily in the news of people killing, stealing and destroying ~ We know that we are told in Scripture, the enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy. We know that those who serve sin, therefore (*knowingly or unknowingly) serve satan.
⚠️ But here is the greatest tragedy of serving sin:
But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
(2 Corinthians 4:3-4)
