John 3: 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God
I was accused of condemning people, because I showed what the LORD showed me in His Word about marriage.
That if you have been married, divorced, and remarried and if your ex spouse is alive you are in adultery. That is the Word of God, that is what it says. You cannot twist it any other way. It is written. Jesus said it, Paul reiterated it.
Now mind you this was an answer from the LORD to me, and I shared it. That prayer I had started praying in 2017.
So after posting what the LORD opened up to me as it is written in His Word. I had a few women responding to me, some in posts some in private.
I get one friend writing, “well I WILL NOT DIVORCE MY HUSBAND”!
My very own cousin asking me IF I AM TELLING HER SHE MUST DIVORCE HER HUSBAND. I was not telling her anything.
Then later she writes, and says she is under grace, she is forgiven and there is now therefore no condemnation for those in Christ!
Condemnation is when light exposes the deeds done in the dark and they loved darkness rather than light because their deeds were evil.
Uh…I was not condemning ANYONE but it appears the Holy Spirit was convicting her and she did not accept the correction, the rebuke or the truth. Since then she doesn’t comment on anything or talk to me anymore. .
Another friend totally blocked me, because her and her husband are very religious people and it is not adultery. Even though the Word of God said it is.
And another friend believes, because she was in sin during the time of her first marriage and divorce, that God forgave her marriage “mistake” because she was young and dumb, and in His eyes it never happened! Huh?
Where in the Word of God does it say that God forgets your entire past history after being born again? It says He forgives your sin and forgets them, but where is the marriage covenant you made a sin? You married, you made vows before God, you became ONE FLESH by the power of God. No in Gods eyes you are still married to that man, and if remarried you are living in adultery.
One also accused me of not believing in Grace! Huh? I am thankful for Grace, I have been married and divorced 5 times! I thank God for Grace! Where there is much sin, Grace abounds mightily I believe. God gives grace to the humble and now that I know the truth I understand in the Fathers eyes, since my first husband of my youth is still alive I am still married to him and will not be released from that covenant until he dies.
I am obligated to pray for his salvation and ask the Father to humble him in order to give him grace needed. I am commanded to forgive him but I do not have to be reunited with him ss husband and wife. But I am to remain single, because any other “marriage” is adultery to Him.
Now if your current spouse was never married, but is now with you who still has a living ex spouse you have caused that current spouse to commit adultery. That is the Word of God. IF your ex spouse dies, then you are able to marry that spouse this time in Gods eyes and He will make you one flesh.
But you must repent first for the sin of adultery in order to be in right standing with the Father!
Each woman felt I WAS THE ONE pointing out their indiscretion, when all I was doing was sharing what the LORD gave me.
Instead of these ladies allowing the Holy Spirit to convict them and open the truth up, they quickly shut down and attacked me for sharing the Word of God.
The thing is, I did not know any of their lives, accept my cousins and I didn’t know if her ex had died or not but God did.
Yes there is now no condemnation for those IN Christ, but, if you are living in a sinful lifestyle you are NOT IN CHRIST you are living a lie. I am not judging anyone, yet I cannot stay silent concerning the Truth.
The Word of God says, your sin separates you from God. If there is sin in our lives we must admit it to the Father, repent which is to no longer continue in sin follow Him.
I have posted scripture upon scripture on other posts showing it in the Word. This time I am leaving it up to the reader to search it out by the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you truly desire the truth in Gods Word He will show you.
He showed me and now I cannot unsee it, nor do I want to, I love the truth even when it hurts me.
The Father will forgive and He will tell you what to do. But God will not go against His Word as some of these women have claimed.
A few have said God told them it is not a sin.
That voice was not God talking to them, you must love all of His Word and quit hanging on to your sin. God will not convict one of a sin and allow the same sin in another’s life.
God will sanctify us with His Truth, Gods Word is Truth.
I love you all and God loves you too, His love does not push His Holiness aside never forget that.
