It is sad to watch some people go backwards…it is one thing when we turn our back on the LORD it is another to discredit Him in front of those who once looked to us for answers of the hope we claimed lived inside of us. Or the little ones who came running into our room at night just wanting mommy or daddy to pray for their belly or headache to pray the monster away.
Sad, heartbroken….I really have no words just tears.
So I asked the Holy Spirit to give me the right words.
To return to the world and the ways of the world is a process and does not happen overnight.
It’s kinda like you are at the beach, climb up on a nice float and lay back, eyes closed, the warm sun shining down. You feel good, you slowly drift off to sleep not realizing as you sleep you are drifting further and further from safety, because right now you are warm, comfortable and at ease. You open your eyes as the sun begins to set, feeling a bit chilled you look around. You find that you are so far from the shore you have no idea how you got that far away or how you will get back. Then you remember your baby girl is on the float with you and now you have not only put your own self in harm’s way but also someone you claimed to love more than life. And you sit in tears drifting with your child….as the night grows closer.

This is why it is so important for us to examine ourself and make sure we are in the faith.
Count the cost family of Christ before you decide to serve the LORD.
Are you willing to serve Him no matter what?
Are you will to go all the way regardless if family will?

Or are you ok in starting out then deciding He is not worth it, but you being popular, you doing you is more important.

That is our choice, but do we really understand there are those who are watching afar off that was so close to repenting because of our walk with Christ, but is now being flung so far away in believing because after all, you said you believed, but now you don’t.
What about our own children that really believed in God because we prayed with them, told them about Him.
We were kind, sober, and laughed with joy. We talked often about Jesus.
Now we watch filth on the tv where people are swearing, walking around half naked, fighting and killing one another.
We drink, we yell, and we cry a lot in self pity.
And now we talk bad about others.
In the eyes of our own children we have walked upon the LORD JESUS CHRIST and trampled upon His blood as if it is an unholy thing.
That is what happens when we do not finish the course set before us out of selfishness and pride.
Count the cost because we will not only answer for our own self but for those the LORD put in our life to lead to Christ.
This comes from a mouth and heart of one who has done this a person from experience.
I trampled the blood of Jesus underfoot after proclaiming His goodness, His love, His forgiveness.

I was the cause of why some today will not look to Jesus Christ for help, because I discredited the Savior I brought a reproach on His Holy Name.
I cry so much for others that I caused to be flung across the universe as far as it is wide from the ONLY ONE who truly Loves them the ONLY ONE that can save them!!
Our actions, our words, our walk must be taken serious and we must count the cost before embarking on this journey.
When we are born again it is no longer us that lives but Christ who lives in us.
I love you all so much, I truly do.
Examine yourself, judge yourself, cry out and get back to the shore before you get go so far out there will be no way to return alive.
The sun is setting and darkness is falling. Remember, repent, redo, and He will Restore!
