About 34 years ago I wrote the following words in a song. I guess you can say it’s my testimony. Once I was blinded and lost in sin I was so weary and empty within Then Jesus, He saved me, my eyes now can see Thank God for this new life, He is now giving me. Though Satan keeps tempting, there’s no way he can win For I’m serving Jesus and I’m trusting in Him He’s gone up to heaven to prepare us a place He’ll come back to greet us and we’ll meet face to face. I’m living a new life, I’ve thrown away my old ways, I got Satan behind me and I give God the praise I’m striving for heaven, I hope to make it someday I’m living a new life and I like it that way.
